Partner in the Commercial Healthcare Practice at Guidehouse. Leader of the Clinical Solutions team. With more than 40 years invested in the healthcare field, I specialize in clinical and operational effectiveness, transition to value based reimbursement, strategic planning, program development, organizational and process redesign, and clinical integration. I have worked across the post-acute care continuum as a clinician, administrator, and consultant. I have advised multiple clients that have successfully implemented episode payment models, including Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and bundled payments. I have also served as the engagement leader for multiple, complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams. Clients include hospital systems, post-acute providers, and physician practices. Articles I have authored have appeared in HFMA and Healthcare Executive. I am a licensed health facility administrator and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
