I leverage my 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry to help customers feel comfortable and understand their insurance products and needs. I have extensive experience in accounting, complex billing, and technical support for Commercial and Personal Insurance. I can troubleshoot technical issues, provide support and data to assess outages, and perform QA and BA testing across multiple systems. I also have the skills and knowledge to hire, train, and manage a remote customer service team in a fast-paced environment. I am an active listener, empathetic, customer-focused, but with a big-picture orientation. I often dive beneath the surface of problems to determine the root cause while speaking to the audience level. I am thorough, conscientious, and efficient. I am proficient in BillingCenter, PolicyCenter, JIRA and JIRA Service Manager, Confluence, Oracle Siebel, Cisco UCCX Contact Center, ImageRight, Salesforce, SharePoint, several CRMs, and Microsoft Office products.
