Founded in 2005 by Donna Clancy (100% Shareholder), CFS is a member of NASDAQ, ARCA, and ISE with direct access capabilities to the NYSE floor. We utilize Knight’s order management system and its EdgeTrade Algorithmic Suite which is capable of interacting with various Exchanges accessing liquidity (dark pools), crossing networks and numerous algorithmic trading strategies.
