Want me to let you in on a not so little secret? IT'S ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIP! As a licensed master's level social worker (LMSW) with 19+ years of experience, I have had the privilege of being invited into people's lives and have learned from the best teachers about the healing power of relationships. I get to work with and coach individuals and organizations to improve the quality of their workplace life. I have taught, trained and coached hundreds of professionals, both locally and nationally. I am very passionate about the valuable role of leadership in organizations and the importance of core values within corporate culture. I utilize my expertise in how people learn and develop and how organizations can develop rich and vibrant workplace cultures. I also get to teach people about the impact of extreme stress or trauma on the brain and body. And because we do not always recognize its influence, trauma can have puzzling effects on us - it influences how we see and experience the world, can negatively impact our interpersonal relationships, and can shape how we show up in life. I help demystify trauma's impact and help people understand human behavior. It's what I call grace-building work (for oneself and others).
