We spend such a huge amount of time at work, you have to love what you do. For the last 25+ years I've struck gold in every career move I've made, customer service is and has always been my passion, I aim to always give my customers the same service I would expect and aim to exceed all customer expectations. I'm dedicated and give 100% to the company I work for and my team….always striving to be the best at what I do. In my position with JLG as Field Service Coordinator (QLD) and my previous position with Queensland Urban Utilities as Planner / Scheduler I definitely found my niche, the perfect combination of customer service, team coordination and utilising my organisational and planning skills to achieve some amazing results both personally and for our team.
