A patient-focused medical professional and operations leader, I lead top performing teams and stay calm under pressure. My BBA degrees in both Business Administration and Healthcare Administration, 15+ years of experience as a licensed Paramedic and coordinator at a donor services organization, make me uniquely qualified for a leadership role. Known as a take-charge administrator with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, I cut through distractions to focus on core objectives. Well-versed in time sensitive situations and administrative functions, I ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with all company policies and HIPAA regulations. As a supervisor, I cross-train in all my team members’ roles, so that I understand their concerns and can provide backup as needed. As a confident communicator, who puts others at ease and builds trusting relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds, I use my strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients and motivate my staff to work collaboratively. While I pride myself on being approachable, I capably take control of situations, providing direction and defusing tension. Offering high energy and a positive attitude, I have the skills, experience and goal-driven work style to excel in any given position. Throughout my career, I have adapted to many different management styles, business philosophies and company guidelines. In my most recent role, I guided my team through transition upon the merger of LifeChoice Donor Services with the much larger New England Donor Services.
