About Donna Dunne

Health, Fitness and Education are my passions. I am a driven business owner and lecturer who is dedicated to teaching people and educating students in everything Health and Fitness. I have two very different roles. As a business owner my passion is fueled by my desire to show people how to achieve their Health and Fitness goals in a sustainable and healthy manner through both my online and live fitness business. As a lecturer my passion is to teach students how to be the best in the business. I live, breath and sleep the fitness industry. I feel as an industry it is almost corrupt and its success is predicated by preying on the vulnerability of people, particularly those whose self-confidence may be at an all-time low. It is an industry that is rich with the promises of quick fixes and built on an “all or nothing” approach. As a professional I think this is completely wrong and quite frankly a lot of BS. I am driven to show people that there is more to Health and Fitness than weight loss and that all-encompassing six pack pose. As a lecturer in the Department of Exercise Science in Waterford Institute of Technology I spend my time not only educating students on how to be the best in the business but I am also passionate about showing my students how to dream big, set goals and shoot for the stars.
