Background
About Donna Farvard
I am a seasoned organizer and campaign strategist with over ten years of experience in grassroots advocacy and social justice. As the National Organizing Director at the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), I led and managed the national grassroots organizing program to advance peace, civil rights, and human rights for the Iranian-American community and beyond. My core competencies include community organizing, employee management, elections, coalition building, and civic engagement. I oversaw the creation of a national volunteer chapter program, managed grassroots partnerships with diverse allies, and ran civic training programs for the next generation of leaders.
