About Donna Gray

I am an experienced Clinical Leader having worked in a variety of settings including in patient and community leadership and management roles. I have a special interest in change management, supporting professional development and clinical leadership. I aim to develop and expand my skill set within the research area. My experience, knowledge and drive have helped me support and develop service delivery in the healthcare field. The ability to work effectively in teams has enabled me to establish meaningful relationships with staff, partners and stakeholders. Currently a member of the Executive Leadership Team, leading and managing a team of Healthcare clinical leaders and responsible for specialist palliative care clinical services, palliative care education and quality. Supporting multi disciplinary teams in the delivery of high quality clinical care across multiple sites.
