I have 30 plus years of experience in business, operations and management in the following venues; public relations, sales, marketing, business development, hospitality & retail management. I found my passion for Human Services and the empowerment of human potential 14 years ago, when I was hired to start the job placement program at Goodwill Industries Inc. on Parrish Avenue. While this was a new service to the Owensboro and the tri state area, it has a long and successful history of program services in Evansville, IN since 1935. Unlocking and promoting the power of work for those with barriers to employment and the desire to become self- sufficient. Specialties: Provider of job placement services in the Owensboro, Henderson, Madisonville and Hopkinsville areas. Specializing in job readiness, job development/ carving, job placement, job retention/ follow along & work evaluations/ assessments. Our target audience are those with barriers to employment, including but not limited to mental & physical disabilities, educational, economic, legal issues, physical age as well as area veterans.
