About Donna Harding

I'm a hard working individual who has gained a wealth of experience during my career in the Financial Sector. I've had roles varying from branch based roles, training colleagues across the country to the hustle and bustle of a head office. My passions within work include doing the right thing for the end user whether that's a customer or a colleague after all relationships make the world go round. When looking at the problem statement I balance all aspects of the output ensuring longevity for the customer and the commercials. I'm fully CeMap qualified so sales is something I enjoy and I've been able to bring the knowledge to my work of proposition and product development. Mortgage Market Review readiness is just one of the many things I've been involved in. I've lead two successful ISA Seasons through strong relationships and governance frameworks.
