I am a dedicated communication and administrative professional with a proven track record of leadership and excellence. Currently, I manage two key departments at PAR North America, a subsidiary of OPENLANE: the Contact Center and the LPR Assignments department. My role involves overseeing communication compliance, ensuring employee productivity, conducting new-hire training, and providing corrective coaching to foster high-performing teams. My career journey spans over two decades, beginning with 14 years at the Douglas Kafoure Insurance Agency under GuideOne Insurance Group. During this time, I honed my skills in office management, customer service, and operational efficiency. Following that, I spent 10 years in the furniture industry, where I gained valuable experience in financing assistance and retail sales. A graduate of the Advanced Training Institute with IBLP in 1995, I bring a unique combination of strategic oversight, interpersonal communication, and hands-on training expertise to every role I undertake. I am passionate about creating environments where employees thrive and customer service goals are exceeded.
