I have a comprehensive background in banking including small business, consumer lending, regional sales, district, branch, and credit management. I have over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry with a history of building relationships with clients, including high-net-worth individuals and family offices. I am a highly effective communicator and decision-maker, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport at all levels and develop trust with clients through strong relationship-building expertise coupled with strong time management skills for delivering results that are on time and within budget. I have extensive knowledge of investment products in the banking industry, including retirement, lending, mortgages, and savings accounts. I have a proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines using critical thinking skills. Outside of the office, I am a passionate individual who lives for every moment in life and appreciates the gifts that each day brings. I am a wife and stepmother of three and feel blessed to be surrounded by people who bring me joy on a daily basis. I was born and raised in Zimbabwe and lived in South Africa for 5 years before moving to the United States in 2011. The experiences I have had over the years on two very different continents have taught me to value every opportunity we are given. It has also taught me the value of the diverse world we live in and made me an advocate for embracing different cultures as each has a lesson to share that changes how we should embrace the people around us.
