Anticipate, Assess and Deliver Like many, I have faced challenges in life, but ultimately it comes down to what you have inside. Success is not measured in certificates, it is measured in degrees of heart. I choose to continue learning, I choose to continue standing for what is right and I choose to enjoy life. If I can make a difference in this life, it will come from my heart and all that I believe in. My favorite quote comes from Ghandi -"Be the change you want to see in the world", Imagine what would happen if we all tried to do one positive thing everyday for someone else. Professionally, I have learned that balance and attention to what is around you are key to being successful. Working with law enforcement, the District Attorney and victims of crime, I was able to make a positive impact through my compassion and professionalism. Those that know me, know me to be reliable. In my working relations with offenders, I maintained strong communications and built cooperative experiences. Ethics is not only a professional quality, but personal as well. Building teams requires both ethics and the ability to see individual strengths and weaknesses. We all have something to contribute. Nothing is impossible if you face it realistically and fearlessly.
