About Donna King

As the Founder of Social Integrity, my mission is to teach children the importance of manners and kindness in today's society. After attending The American School of Protocol under the direction of Ms. Peggy Newfield, I became a Certified Children's Etiquette Professional, Etiquette at it's core is making others feel comfortable in any situation, weather it be the school lunch table or dining with the President. Children need to learn the difference between dining and eating. Dining is much more than putting food in ones mouth for fuel. It is learning not only which utensil should be used it is also learning the art of conversation, talking and listening, looking people in their eyes and the responsibilities of being a good guest. In today's fast paced society these lasting values are just as important today as in any other time in history, but now the face of our family is changing. Parents may teach manners at home but may no longer have the time and opportunity to "do it all". Grandparents and older relatives may no longer live close enough to share in the children's upbringing. Which leads us to- who are our children looking up to for guidance? I would like to fill that void.
