Interpret data for the development of a design concept and layout, which is appropriate to specific areas, activities, organizational levels, and budget considerations. Render design ideas through presentation boards, binders, floor plans, isometrics, CAD drawings and hand drawings or illustrations and/or perspectives to successfully communicate the design theme and plan to the client for approval. • Execute floor plans, furniture plans, panel plans, CAD installation drawings and electrical and communication plans for office furniture layouts. Executes all functions necessary in specification, management or organization of project data. Execute color and finish schedules. • Execute complete specifications of product identification for furnishings, upholstery, accessories, window, wall, and floor treatment. • Obtaining Vendor Contracts on issues of pricing, delivery, installation and when necessary; special manufacturing of product to suit the client’s needs. • Budget development, specification and audits of BOM, and purchase orders for the sales of office furnishings including case goods, seating and panel systems. • Reviewing installation drawings and specifications with installers, and end-user clients as needed. • Scheduling and supervising of installations. • I run all administrative aspects of my company, including; accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing and receiving.
