About Donna Leang
In my 20 years in institutional care, I have had the privilege of working with an amazing team to grow the department from 100 to over 500 pharmacy staff strong! Along the way, I have had opportunities to supervise the surgical units, oversee regulatory compliance, medication safety and most recently transitions of care. I am the residency director of our PGY-2 Transitions of Care residency. I have transitioned our dumb to smart pumps, adding on a new PCA pump and integrated the pumps into our EHR system. In my spare time, I thoroughly enjoy volunteering at CSHP to advance the pharmacy profession in California. I can't wait to see what other opportunities await in the future.
