Speciality - Avaya CM Programming and configuration. Corporate Telecom At my first job, I worked at as a switchboard operator. Who would have thought that years down the line, I would be able to program phone systems. I really enjoy the work that I do. In order to perform my job I get to work closely with many employees and vendors. It is great to have a comfortable working relationship with so many of my piers. Since starting with Brady I have been able to teach myself how to proficiently program call flows, trunking and routing the Avaya system. It always makes me smile when a tech has to ask me if I work for Avaya or if I am the customer. Other Avaya products include EMC, CMS. I am a lead for our Company Mobile phones and work with a 3rd party vendor. I am also trained in basic Cisco Telecommunications and programming in ECas, Telstrat/Engage. My Business Goals are simple- Deliver great service to our internal and external customers. I am very happy that the Business feels comfortable to work with me and appreciates my input.
