About Donna Leigh

As the Vice President of Client Experience at Mapcom Systems, I believe that a strong focus on customer service and support is the key to running a successful business. I direct training and continuing education initiatives, software testing for client projects and new releases, and conduct surveys for new client and customer satisfaction. My priority is to provide an expanded M4 knowledge base by offering clients additional resources and training tools, such as “Tips and Tricks” sessions and the annual M4 Users Conference. Before becoming a leader at Mapcom, I began my professional career in the healthcare industry as a Sales Representative, where I quickly came to love account management and developing exceptional client relationships. I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and hold a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University
