Ginger's Jewelry is a local jewelry store that has been servicing the Roanoke Valley for over 20 years. As an employee of a small business I learning each levels of the business as well as how to manage a small business. I have created a loyal customer base, providing excellent service and built relationships. Algonquin Products is a chemical company that provides superior products for all industries. As a sales representative I take pride in showing the features and benefits of my products. Customer service is my top priority as well as customer retention. My customers are know that I will be there for them in any way they need me to be. As an Operational-Admin Manager of a multi million dollar company, I reviewed weekly financial reports, adjusted payroll and inventory levels to maximize the stores profitability. Work alongside with the HR manager to complete weekly payroll, vacation time audits and verify employee training is up to date. Encourage and coach employees daily to ensure excellent customer service is provided, respond to all customer complaints in a timely manner. Managing a store of over 130 associates, teaching and validating all company policies and procedures are being utilized daily.
