I am a passionate PM who both leads and follows business direction. I strive to set an example by flawlessly executing my work and how I lead/participate team-based initiatives. I conduct myself with the highest degree of professionalism to both internal and external business partners. I truly believe in process excellence. There is always opportunity to improve upon what we do, how we do it and the cost of ownership to the business. The principles of PE should be applied to every initiative that is bound for success. During my time with Johnson & Johnson, I created, led and/or executed PE initiatives that delivered more than $18MM in annualized/operational cost savings. I believe that IT is a service-oriented field. Our business is to enable the businesses we support by identifying/creating and delivering effective tools, training and services that allow our business partners to thrive. I believe in effective listening. I have a proven track record of deciphering business needs and creating/delivering effective business solutions in a fast-paced environment. I am strategic.always planning ahead and considering impact to the environment/businesses that surround us.I take yield to/accommodate the “ripple” effect. I am highly organized and focused which enables me to multi-task and deliver my work very effectively but I am also a realist that easily adapts to change as business needs shift/evolve. I strive to exceed expectations and deliver my work on-time, within budget and as flawlessly as possible. I excel in a busy environment. Most recently, thriving in delivering projects such as Windows 7, eRoom to SharePoint, Managed Print Services, Mobility.2, Clarity PMO, Oracle to SQL, etc. projects/programs/process improvements/migrations. An effective people and team leader. A true believer/cheerleader for WE. I have direct/indirect internal/external people and team management experience. I am a self-starter, highly motivated and optimistic.
