ACCOMPLISHMENTS • I have over fourteen years’ experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation application (COINS) and processes and interfaces including Affinity, HR (Workday/Peoplesoft). • I was selected as Subject Matter Expert for system integration project. • I collaborated and implemented Automation for Rep on Account Crediting process for relationship Sales Compensation. • I created, updated and trained desktop procedures used for Sales Compensation analyst converting to upgraded version of COINS Sales Compensation application. • I developed system validation processes and automate email alerts to decrease system data issues and improve productivity by preventing rework due to identified issues. • I collaborated to develop the calculation process to decrease data flowing in the COINS system to improve efficiency. • I collaborated and implemented HR upgrade to Workday into COINS for Sales Compensation and created additional interfaces to improve accuracy and automation within COINS. • I was selected as Subject Matter Expert for Quota Management System for COINS managing settings and letter creation to ensure accurate quota communication to Sales. • I was selected as project manager for COINS to prioritize and coordinate with IT to develop improvements and address items logged to resolve system issues.
