I am a highly self-motivated person that excels in project-based, task oriented environments. I work with clients and organisation to deliver outcomes. With a great work attitude, and I am energised by the challenges that the work day can bring. Many of my previous roles have been high-demand ones, requiring long hours and the flexibility to manage multiple concurrent deadlines. Years of working in dynamic environments with speed and efficiency in delivery provide me with a distinct perspective on how to prioritise activities, deliver quality results, and positively contribute a culture in a productive, enjoyable and motivating manner. Having previously worked in service delivery focussed environments, I am used to being hands-on, being across the detail, and undertaking the necessary collaborative activities required to get the job done. I have 12 years’ experience in managing projects, and I specialise in community and stakeholder engagement. Having delivered many engagement programs over the years, I have worked across several project management and delivery roles to clients deliver successful outcomes in health promotion. Underpinning my advice is a robust understanding of the science-based evidence and advocacy principles and effectively applying this knowledge in a targeted way to best meet the needs of my clients
