As a certified Learning and Development professional and a Job Coach for autistic adults, I have a myriad of experience in delivering exceptional learning opportunities, both virtually and in-person. I am passionate about helping others embrace their potential by coaching and inspiring both teams and individuals to set and exceed their goals, with unbridled enthusiasm and a servant leadership approach. Currently, I work as a Learning and Development Job Coach at Jazz Hands For Autism, a non-profit organization that promotes the development of confidence, professional skills, and access to employment for adults on the autism spectrum. I leverage my expertise in workshop facilitation, soft skills development, and customer relationship management to help autistic adults find community-based paid work opportunities by building on their musical talents. I also support a culture of excellence by being adaptable, advocating for self-empowerment, and tirelessly supporting the underserved. How cool. right!
