I have worked at Fenner Drives since 1989. I started out in the shipping/receiving department and I have work in almost every department. Some positions I have held at Fenner are operating injection molding machines, operating a CNC machine and making minor adjustments, assembly operator, receiving clerk, shipping clerk, to my current position in the Quality Assurance Lab. Quality Assurance Technician Document control coordinator of ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Calibrate and maintain 300 gages to comply with Fenner Drives calibration procedures and ISO standards.(Calipers, micrometers, gage pins, height gages, etc.) Oversee all inspection methods within the facility.(incoming to inprocess) Perform incoming inspections and random process/product audits throughout manufacturing. Analyze and handle all customer returns and make appropriate disposition. Proficiency with all complex measuring equipment in quality laboratory including but not limited to, CMM, optical comparator, MTS tensile/compression, video comparator. Able to perform all aspects of the receiving function from verifying counts and components. Support the engineer change request process and update the appropriate documents. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Certified In my spare time I like to hang out with the family. I enjoy shopping, walks on the beach and riding bikes with my family
