About Donna Robinson

Donna is a Senior Project Manager with 30+ years experience in project development, project management, NEPA compliance, environmental planning and permitting, land use planning and transportation planning on major projects in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. With her expertise, she helps clients complete alternatives analysis, feasibility studies, and NEPA, planning and design documents for transportation, energy, and land use projects and programs. She has led the preparation of numerous Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, state and federal environmental and land use permits, and stakeholder agreements for complex projects in the Pacific Northwest. With extensive experience in a broad spectrum of environmental and regulatory issues, Donna specializes in developing collaborative approaches to resolving project issues into successful project delivery. She is also experienced in policy development, urban design, landscape architecture and public and stakeholder involvement. Clients include federal and state agencies, local jurisdictions, ports and private development.
