Results-driven public health professional with expertise in leading strategic initiatives, delivering actionable insights through data analytics, and conducting impactful public health research and program evaluations in public, non-profit, and private sector settings. At the Bureau of Primary Health Care, I lead high-visibility data initiatives that inform leadership decisions—developing dashboards, conducting workforce analyses, and coordinating strategic action plans to strengthen a workforce of 500+ staff. I’ve also contributed to public health program evaluations, community-based research on social determinants of health, and COVID-19 policy analysis, with a consistent focus on health equity and evidence-based solutions. I bring expertise in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, survey design, stakeholder engagement and project management. I passionate about using data to tell compelling stories, guide strategy, and help public health organizations better serve their communities.
