My background spans every corner of HR, from benefits administration, compensation strategy, and policy development to employee relations, training, and workforce planning. I’ve worked across healthcare, corporate, and multi-brand environments, leading with both strategy and heart. With a strong foundation in employment law and compliance (OSHA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, COBRA, and more), I ensure our practices are fair, transparent, and legally sound — without losing the human side of HR.
