I am an experienced curriculum manager and instructional designer, who enjoys developing customized training programs that aid individuals and organizations in developing new skills and abilities and closing skills gaps. I am skilled in the entire development lifecycle, including designing, developing, and implementing training programs using a variety of authoring systems and content delivery tools. When leading projects, I focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and fostering collaboration among team members. I use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assess risks and resolve issues as they arise to ensure high-quality, on-time and on-budget deliverables that align with my clients' strategic objectives. I coach and mentor team members on instructional design best practices, as well as time management, risk evaluation, and customer service skills. Through my project work, I have acquired a fundamental project management skill set and through formal training, I have received my Scrum Master certification. I am passionate about helping learners grow their own skillsets and clients meet their training objectives.
