As Dean of the School of Health Sciences at Nashville State Community College, I oversee a diverse portfolio of programs and lead initiatives focused on student success, workforce alignment, and faculty development. Whether I’m supporting individuals in mapping their next steps or helping teams align around shared goals, I bring a balance of strategic thinking, empathy, and momentum. I’m especially drawn to work that blends planning with purpose — where trust, vision, and action come together to create meaningful change.
