As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Health and Wellness Coach, and Wellness Services Liaison at York Hospital, I specialize in developing and delivering integrative health programs for patients, employees, and the broader community. With a strong background in massage therapy, reiki, hypnosis, guided meditation, and wellness education, I thrive at the intersection of hands-on care and strategic program development. I’ve collaborated across departments—ranging from maternity to oncology—to create impactful wellness initiatives and have led employee-focused efforts as Chair of the Employee Wellness Committee. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Health and Wellness Management, I’m committed to driving wellness innovation in healthcare settings and beyond.
