About Donncha Lynch

Steering Programmed's growth trajectory in Australia and New Zealand, my leadership in strategic account management and sales has been pivotal in cultivating long-term relationships with key clients. Our team's commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions has led to significant revenue growth and problem resolution, all while maintaining a robust sales pipeline and risk management. My current role is all about supporting our top 40 customers and I have a strong team of National Account Managers reporting to me. Outside of work, I'm heavily involved in sports and volunteering work. This includes my work with New South Gaelic Games Kids Development, Clan Na Gael, and Scott FC in Arncliffe. On a personal note, as a cancer survivor I support and mentor people that have been newly diagnosed with a rare cancer via my work with the American based not for profit " Life Raft Group " Lastly, and but not least I work as a lead with WNOW - When no one is watching, a community where men are proud to be men; comfortable to take their ‘armour’ off and be their authentic selves, feeling supported and safe in a community of like-minded men. A community where men explore in a fun way what it means to be a better man, tackling challenges together and focusing on improving their mental, physical, and emotional health to be the best role model they can be for themselves and all those around them.
