About Donnell Hill

With over 20 years of professional experience in education and workforce development, and as a Program Manager, I am responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of various youth and adult programs that aim to enhance the skills, employability, and quality of life of our participants. I have successfully managed 31 different programs nationally, helping over adults and 2,500+ opportunistic youth find gainful employment and achieve their career goals. I have also built relationships and created training workshops to support New Orleans's first One-Stop Employment Network, and developed an online professional development website with Cornerstone OnDemand. Some of my core competencies are program and project management, creating new programs, and non-profit executive leadership. I am a transformational leader who strives to make a positive impact in the lives of the people and communities I serve.
