My passion is helping clients analyze how to best protect their assets and view their organizations as a whole. I do this by focusing not only on the bottom line profit, but human capital and future viability. My specialty is Risk Management, Professional Liability and Workers Compensation. I have developed a niche in the area of human services, assisted living and hospitality. It is important to me to invest my time in those that care for others and make a difference in how their organizations contribute to the greater good. My focus allows me to concentrate on markets and underwriters who appreciate a well-run organization and are willing to look at my clients efforts and controls as preferred accounts. My experience as an entrepreneur gives me a unique perspective in understanding my clients needs and develop real time solutions. My clients have become part of my work family and greatly enrich my life.
