Responsible for developing both short and long term growth strategies and execution to that strategy to drive membership growth to the Ochsner Health Plan. Prior to the role at OHP, was the VP of Business Development for Ochsner Health responsible for traditional FFS volume and partnership growth as well as growth to Ochsner’s Value Based program and portfolio. Developed and implemented Ochsner’s Direct to Employer strategy and consulting solutions portfolio. Prior to Business Development, responsible for various Revenue Cycle operations including Ochsner's Revenue Integrity Department, Revenue Cycle Analytics, Denials Management, Underpayment Recovery, Systems Support and Nurse Audit. Received Bachelor's of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orelans and Master's in Health Care Management from the University of New Orleans.
