Hi, I'm Donny. A dedicated professional driven by a passion for problem solving, learning, and the world of finance. I am currently working as a bilingual Customer Relations Officer at Global Excel Management; where I have gained experience in travel insurance and property & casualty insurance.I find satisfaction in helping people navigate unfortunate events, and minimize the financial costs that often accompany such situations. My role involves making decisions based on claim facts and policy terms when the client has appealed their claim outcome.Outside work, i am usually spending some quality time with family and friends, or at the gym. I also enjoy reading The Wall Street Journal and planning weekend getaways or vacations. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in finance from Athabasca University, and plan on erolling into an MBA program in the future.
