With over 21 years of experience in law enforcement, I bring a proven track record in leading sensitive internal investigations, managing personnel, and driving operational excellence. My journey has evolved from frontline policing to high-level administrative leadership, where I now serve as the second-in-command at the Hays County Constable Office Pct. Throughout my career, I’ve conducted extensive background checks, led investigations into employee misconduct, and collaborated with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with policy and law. My responsibilities have included hiring and termination decisions, training and supervision of staff, and overseeing key administrative functions—ensuring our operations are ethical, efficient, and legally sound. I hold a B.S. in Homeland Security and an MBA from Liberty University, and I’m currently earning my M.S. in Management Information Systems at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School (Class of 2026). This unique blend of public sector leadership, investigative rigor, and ongoing technical education positions me to contribute meaningfully to organizations like Meta that value integrity, accountability, and innovation.
