About Donovan Casper

Through High School, I didn't have a job I was too focused on my education and didn't want to fail High School. Right out of high school I started working at the group homes and I continued working with them for 3 years. My job was to make sure the clients were being cared for in the best way possible and to help the clients to be more and more independent each day. After working there I chose to move on to other jobs such as installation technician for Dish network which I really enjoyed. It was a tough job but also fun. After working there I ended up working at Ross and this was a great job I was able to communicate with people and help people when asked. I loved being able to interact with customers and make sure they left with a smile on their faces. After I was done working here I moved onto being a retention agent for a CenturyLink call center which was an ok job but I wish I would have been able to communicate with the customers in person rather on the phone. I worked there for about a year and now I am currently working for Les Schwab Tires which is hands down the best place I have worked at. I love my job I am staying active and also still able to communicate with customers in person and make sure they are leaving with a smile on their face. I plan to stay with this job for as long as my body allows. I love the atmosphere and the great things the job has to offer.
