Utilizing the analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluate (ADDIE) process, create and revise courses for the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE) that utilize the Course Resource Model (CRM), the Army Learning Model 2015 (ALM), Adaptive Soldier Leader Training and Education (ASLTE) principles, and the Maneuver Leader Development Strategy. Supervises, coaches, and mentors 6 training developers. Coordinates lines of effort between the MCoE, units, and training developers to serve as a bridging strategy for the implementation of modern Army education and leadership development strategies. Currently providing expertise in the development of 15 Programs of Instruction encompassing 350 lesson plans to include lesson content, and millions of dollars of resources. 21 years of experience in the US Army leading teams of up to 120 employees. • Small unit tactics and Infantry technical skills expertise • Worked for various size staff teams from Company to Joint level • Expert in doctrine development and review • Counter IED expert with relevant wartime experience • Meticulous oral and written communication skills; has prepared hundreds of surveys and summaries to be presented at executive levels • Certified instructor with countless hours instructing in both the classroom and in the field
