About Donovan Kerr

I’m a junior finance major at Menlo College, graduating in May 2026, with a 3.96 GPA and Dean’s List honors every semester. I’m currently an Investment Sales Intern at Levin Johnston, a leading multifamily brokerage in Silicon Valley, and I’m in the final stages of obtaining my California real estate license. I also plan to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam to further expand my foundation in financial services. Earlier this year, I was honored to be nominated for the Financial Executives International (FEI) Silicon Valley Scholarship, recognizing both academic excellence and leadership potential. I’ve also gained real-world investment experience by placing 69th out of 2,424 teams in the Bloomberg Global Trading Challenge and competing in the 2025 NAIOP Silicon Valley Real Estate Development Challenge. As a Division II pitcher in the PAC West Conference, I’ve built strong discipline, time management, and leadership skills, qualities I bring to both the field and the workplace. I’ve also broadened my global business perspective through Menlo College’s Academic Global Immersion Program, where I studied business operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. I’m passionate about capital markets, real estate, and wealth management, and I’m always looking to connect with professionals who share those interests.
