A Creative professional with over ten years of solid experience in Critical Creative Thinking, Group Leadership, and Event and Project Management within theatrical and corporate settings. I am a champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and served on the Executive Committee Boards for B.L.O.O.M (Black Leaders Organizing Optimal Movement) and PRIDE, the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group for Home Partners of America. I am an active leader in creating an inclusive and diverse workplace becoming the inaugural recipient for the I.D.E.A Award for fostering a healthy work environment that was inclusive for everyone around me.
