A progressive and energetic international law enforcement leader with over 30 years of investigative, supervisory and management experience in project level and major crime investigations with a foreign nexus. Currently the Officer-in-charge of Operations at the largest RCMP Detachment on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Recently completed a diplomatic assignment as the Police Attache’ for the Government of Canada responsible for operational and strategic police cooperation between Canada and the Middle East-Caucasus region. Formerly the Chair of Türkiye’s Foreign Law Enforcement Cadre’s Narco Subcommittee. Extensive experience cooperating with international partners, foreign agencies and leading investigations in the RCMP's federal programs on national strategic priorities. Documented success collaborating and negotiating with international sports federations and foreign government ministers introducing the sport of ice hockey to the Caribbean. Highly trained and competent negotiator | mediator; recently deployed to Israel with to work with international partners to further Canadian objectives due to the conflict in the region.
