With over 13 years of experience in the finance industry, I am a seasoned professional with a passion for valuation and financial modeling. I have a dual concentration in finance and accounting, a minor in economics, and am proud to have been awarded the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA). As a Director of Valuation & Analytic Services at Moss Adams LLP, I lead a team of highly skilled analysts who provide valuation and financial advisory services to a diverse range of clients, from public and closely held companies to private equity and venture backed firms. I am driven by the challenge of delivering accurate, reliable, and timely valuations that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. In my current role, I leverage my expertise to perform valuations and financial analyses for various purposes, such as merger and acquisition, financial reporting, private equity fund valuations, corporate planning, estate and gift tax, and litigation. I also perform valuations for a variety of financial instruments, including equity, debt and derivative securities.
