I believe in bouncing off of strengths of a co-worker(s) and putting focus on areas of improvement to turn negatives to positives and reinforce attention to detail by cross training.I have honorably served over 20 years of active duty service in the US Navy and 14 of those were spent working with and leading hundreds of Sailors, Marines, and Junior Officers from all walks of life in Basic Seamanship and Navigation in the US Navy. As a Home Theater Expert at BestBuy, I have developed a passion for home and business audio/visual integration by connecting customers to today's technology in it's simplest form and to establish a working relationship by providing realistic resources and solutions. I was recognized by my store's leadership team for obtaining $1.4 million in a combined "direct and influenced" revenue, more than 310 Best Buy credit card applications submitted, and 153 Best Buy Total Tech memberships with an individual score of 90.8% customer survey within my first year as a Floor Sales advisor.
