Former VP operations of venture capital investments in high-tech and customer service support in PPC world, I'm a visionary Operations Executive with solid experience managing all levels of multiple projects including budgeting and administration. I am ambitious and create strategic alliances with organization leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives. I Build and retain high performance teams by hiring, developing and motivating skilled professionals. Being among the first users in the Internet world contributed greatly to my expanded knowledge of content management, IT systmes and design. Among the various factors I worked with are, Retalix, Dahaf advertising agency, the Jerusalem Municipality, the Hebrew University, Hadassah Hospital, etc. I believe:"You are what you repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not a habit but a way of life."(Aristotle) I believe in perseverance and doing for the sake of doing. Focusing on how we do things and the pleasure we take in the action itself is my way to achieve goals. In my world, the end does not justify the means but on the contrary, the means make the sacred goal. I set my target and from that moment on, I invest in resources and processes. I believe that development and growth come from a place of acceptance and compromise. My biggest competition is with myself and therefore, to me, the sky is the limit to my abilities and accomplishments.
