About Dor Tal

I’m a Design Leader who values clarity, collaboration, and creating products that genuinely help users. Currently at Gong.io, I lead a talented team of designers focused on enhancing Gong Engage, where we prioritize both the user experience and business impact. My role is to support the team as they tackle complex challenges, ensuring our designs are both intuitive and impactful.Previously, I was fortunate to work at Booking.com as a team lead in a cross-functional setup, partnering closely with the product manager. There, I mentored team members and used data-driven insights to refine user flows, steadily increasing user engagement and conversion. My background in industrial design often shapes my approach, allowing me to balance creative thinking with a practical, results-focused mindset.I’m interested in healthy living, technology, and exploring new ideas in design and entrepreneurship. I appreciate connecting with others who share a thoughtful approach to design, always open to exchanging ideas and learning from different perspectives.
