I am a people- oriented person who likes to work in teams and foster a culture of harmony and inclusion to let everyone be their best selves. I enjoy the planning and implementing of new ideas and solve problems by disassembling it into individual parts and make decisions by examining the facts from different angles. I enjoy the planning of projects to the last detail but am flexible to change course along the way. During my work and university experience I learned to think outside box and adapted a growth mindset which I use in my day to day life while thinking about how to continuously improve processes or introduce new processes with the tools at my disposal. I am the happiest at my work if I get the opportunity to take responsibility and to be constantly challenged while working in an environment where I get to always develop myself and the ones around me.
