A bilingual solicitor/legal practitioner admitted in New South Wales, Australia, England and Hong Kong and recently relocated to Sydney. Have extensive experience working as a property and commercial lawyer in private international law firms in both Sydney and Hong Kong with practical working experience on substantial and complex property and commercial transactions including acquisition sale and leasing real properties. Also have extensive experience and expertise as a Government legal counsel for the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Government providing legal advice to government officials in land related transactions, administrative law and commercial matters. Possesses acute analytical skills and extremely knowledgeable on statutory interpretation, application of legislations and regulations to real life cases, administrative law, government policies, information access and protection of privacy legislations and providing practical advice and solutions to government officials to achieve their policy objectives.
