I am a Lead Instructional Systems Designer and Task Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton, where I apply my extensive experience and multiple credentials in learning and development, project management, training, instruction, and change management. I have been working in this role for over six years, leading and supporting projects that design, develop, and maintain training and resource materials for customer service representatives in the health industry. I am passionate about influencing positive change and solving complex challenges, using my intuitive, creative, and investigative traits. I have a varied education and background in business, information technology, career guidance, eLearning, teaching, and coaching, which make me nimble, flexible, and adaptable. I have worked with challenging audiences in different sectors and settings, such as corrections, colleges, online learning communities, and global organizations. I have also facilitated professional development activities on career transition, career theory, career planning, career assessments, and individual career plans. My mission is to connect with each participant, building on their own knowledge and skills, and empowering them to achieve their goals.
