I’m passionate about creating engaging, impactful learning experiences that help professionals thrive. With extensive experience in online education, course development, and event organisation in the membership sector, I bring both strategic vision and hands-on delivery to educational programmes. Currently, I serve as Learning and Development Manager at the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), where I oversee a wide portfolio of initiatives including online courses, conferences, workshops, and webinars. I also work closely with the Education and IP Paralegal Committees, as well as a range of sub-committees and working groups, ensuring that programmes align with member needs and sector priorities. I’m particularly driven by the challenge of designing education that is accessible, engaging, and effective—whether in online, in-person, or blended formats.
